It was good I got refunded, but damn I really wanted those products. Wish I had known they were out of stock instead of getting my hopes up for a moment when my order went thru.

I liked the bedding but did not like how long it took for the bedding to get to me

i was not really satisfied with one product that I got. but returning it was easy so i'm greatful for that :) But the other product I bought i'm very happy with.

I ordered a bedding set off of Roomtery and really liked it! It came in looking correctly with all the same colors as the photo. The only issue I had was the bedsheet I ordered didn't fit my bed correctly :(. I have a queen-sized mattress and ordered a queen-sized set but the fitted sheet doesn't completely fit over the sides of my mattress. I'm not sure if I should've ordered a king size instead? The cut of the fitted sheet also doesn't seem like it makes sense for a mattress. It's like it's cut as a square as opposed to a rectangle. I really like the set but I can't use it. If Roomtery replies or sees this is there any way I can return just the fitted sheet or exchange just the sheet itself?

I have tried to contact customer service multiple times for a refund, no one has replied to my emails. I included order number and I have product in same packaging as was sent, however it seems as if company is aiming to let the 30 day refund policy expire on me. A shame, as I would have been inclined to work with this company again, but likely not after the horrible experience I’ve since had. Edit: Since this post, the company has since reached out to me to provide a refund. I have adjusted my overall rating to 3 stars because of this.

It is a super cute duvet cover! It just doesn't have the corner attachments that was expected and the material is rather thin.

They screwed up the delivery so it took like 3 weeks. But in general, the product quality and customer service is ok.
