I only received one part of my order and still haven't heard back about where the rest of it is.
Response from roomteryJan 5, 2025
Hi, Colleen. As we discussed in the chat, the package you received is all you ordered. One item was ordered, one package sent, and one package received. Please let us know if you need further assistance with your order.

Horrible service! Not what i ordered online at all! Order number 8179…I ordered yellow checkered duvet, with matching pillow cases and they came light brown, not even squares, but like a wooden bamboo pattern…not happy at all…even the fitted sheet is gold…NOT yellow! My daughter is not happy and I want my money back…I have sent 2 emails and no response. My order took over the 10 days to arrive…comes from China! Not what I expected at all. No wonder it took so long to arrive. We expected a bright happy yellow, not a gross tan and gold.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your order. After reviewing your case, I can confirm that our customer support team has resolved the issue. The photos you provided show that the product you received matches the item advertised on our website, with only a slight color variation due to lighting conditions. Additionally, the shipping time of 10 days falls within the timeframe outlined in our shipping policy. Once again, I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations with this order, and I appreciate your understanding.

We never received the comforter ordered over a month ago. They keep telling us it is "in transit" but no progress. When I asked for a refund there is no response. This site is a SCAM! Updated: In response to your answer you have never reached out to our knowledge. Only replied to our online request for updates. We also clarified that the address we provided was correct. We are unclear as to why the delivery was never made. Thank you for refunding to us once the shipment is returned to you. However, we would like our refund now as you have indicated the package is being sent back to you due to no fault on our end.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing. Please note that we have reached out to you multiple times to address the situation. After reviewing your order, we discovered that the shipping delay was due to an incorrect shipping address that was provided during checkout. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for address inaccuracies entered during the order process and can't change it while the item is in transit. As soon as it gets back to our warehouse you will be refunded.

I have emailed customer service twice about a return and nobody has ever gotten back to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
Response from roomterySep 10, 2024
Hi, Tara! I'm really sorry we haven't gotten back to you in a timely manner. We are still a small team, and due to a spike in orders and support requests, we are struggling to respond promptly and sometimes even missing emails. As I can see, our customer service manager reached out to you on September 6 with no response. Please reply or write to us again at [email protected] so we can proceed with a refund. Let me know if you'd like further adjustments!

I have contacted customer service via email multiple times because I want to return the product which is still in it's original packaging because it was not as described - no one will respond to me! There is no number to call, no way to figure out how to make a return. Very frustrated.

Hi, Robin! As I can see the return for your order has been processed and refunded. If this went well, we would appreciate you updating the review.

This company completely ripped us off. Don't waste your time and money ordering from this site. We were scammed and didn't receive anything close to what we ordered.

Awful. Bought LED Lights, and put them. They kept coming down, one bit at a time. I eventually got so pissed I took them down, but they took paint off my walls. Do not buy anything from this site. EDIT: 19/04/24 I was contacted by the store, and was fully refunded.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Art Thieves. They steal images from small artists’ websites and pass them off as theirs. Artist gets ripped off and customer gets something different from the original Disgusting, immoral behaviour. Edit: I see in another negative review complaining about the same thing, you replied your artists are on other sites and it’s an “open market” and “competition”. They’re not “your artists” you’ve simply taken images from places like Etsy and reposted them as though they are yours. You are vile, dishonest and deceitful! I hope karma catches up with you very soon. I notice you didn’t add a contact email to your response. You know what you are doing, you know it’s wrong. STOP IT! I will make the other artists aware and they will inundate you with reviews! This is your first and only warning. Stop stealing, take ALL the stolen artwork off your site or face the consequences.

Hi! If you have any specific evidence or information regarding this, we kindly request you to reach out to us directly so we can address it promptly. We value our customers and artists, and we strive to provide a positive experience for everyone involved. Edit: Write us to [email protected]. Send product links or images of, as you say, "stolen art" and we will remove it after confirming the owner. This address is indicated almost everywhere on our website so you could easily find it. Wish you the best karma ;)
