Thank you for the kind words! A convenient location, a furnished room that actually matches the listing, and a quick, painless process from start to finish is the full package we aim to deliver. Glad the first experience with Roomrs landed well, and we'd be happy to host you again whenever the next short-term stay comes up. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for being a repeat member and for the strong recommendation! Responsive, timely answers to questions is the standard we hold the team to, so it's great to hear that came through both times you stayed with us. Great roommates, a nice apartment, and in-unit laundry and dishwasher in NYC is a real win, and we appreciate you calling all of that out. Hope to have the chance to host you a third time down the line. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! Last-minute moves to NYC are exactly the kind of situation Roomrs is built to handle, so it's great to hear we were able to get you set up quickly. A clean apartment in a great location near the subway, at a good price, and that actually matches the photos is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you calling all of that out. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

This review is from several years ago and does not reflect how Roomrs operates today. We've made significant improvements to our sales process, pricing transparency, and refund handling since then. Anyone with questions about our current process is welcome to reach out at [email protected]. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! An abrupt move is exactly the kind of situation where having everything already in place really makes a difference, and we're glad Roomrs was able to bridge that gap for you. Professional, clean, and cozy is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's great to hear all three came through during your stay. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! Moving from the UK to NYC without any furniture is a big leap, so it's great to hear the move-in process was as steady and easy as you needed it to be. The monthly cleaner is one of those perks that really does add up, especially when you're settling into a new country, and we're glad that landed for you. Thanks, The Roomrs Team
