The Customer Experience representatives lied to me about shipping one of my orders. And then lied about expedited shipping options. Both of my daughters have moved into their dorm rooms. One has the items we paid for. The other still does not.

I have not recieved my package and they dont know where it is

Order took over 10 days to arrive. Upon arrival found comforter set to be a full/queen and not a queen as advertised. Very disappointed as it was time consuming and i had to go out of my way to return it.

Not impressed with items

I mean I don’t live far from where they make the packages a week later I still haven’t gotten my box (standard shipping it from 2-7 days so why has it been a week and I still don’t have my package?). They said it would be here within two days of when I purchased the item every day the date keeps changing its a good thing I didn’t order it a week before move in day(my original plan) because this is unacceptable.

Only One piece of my order came in. Called for two days Straight and no one ever came to the phone.

I was hoping to have all my sons stuff for school in one bundle but my order has not arrived and I have to keep e-mailing them for an update. Check in day is this Monday and I have nothing thanks to roomify. So I will be out shopping for all the dorm room items tonight. Thanks for nothing roomify

TERRIBLE! It’s been 2 weeks so I called and they told me to call fed ex which I did and I guess Roomify is the middle man from where they get their stuff, and fed ex said to call Roomify which I did and they REFUSED TO EVEN TALK TO ME! also said that there was nothing they could do 🙄 highly dont reccomend and very bad service
