Ordered on 7/27, still waiting. Same as all other reviews. Says phones are down (apparently permanently). Said they custom responses but give generic response and do not give details on how much further product is delayed. Still trying to decide if I should call credit card company and cancel and start over or wait it out since move in day is tomorrow. SO FRUSTRATING.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! They will take your money and not deliver product. There phone system is always down so they tell you to email or text and they will reply within 24 hours. Usually takes 2 to 3 days to get a auto generated reply. We placed a order on July 27 on August 8 we sent a message wondering about our order and was told would be sent out on August 10 at the latest. Still to this day August 14 our order is showing unfilled and not getting any responses from roomify. Daughter moves tomorrow so we had to go rebuy everything and hope to get our money back. Do not waste your time or money going to roomify. They are terrible.

Ordered bundle for my daughter on July19. Got an email on Aug 2 saying Fedex has a label created. Nothing since. Fed Ex tracking says it never shipped. It’s been a month. No answers through email. Phones don’t work. Don’t waste your time and money. Gotta go buy all this stuff so my daughter can move in to the dorm. You suck Roomify. Update: Two hours after I cancelled the order they shipped it.

This company has awful customer service - terrible - the worst. If they can't get the product out timely, they should let unsuspecting customers know so they don't end up in the same position as so many on here have suggested -- having to run out and buy all the items separately from a real store. No product, no response from the company, and my son leaves in 3 days. I hope they are happy, I am stressed to the max already and now I get to deal with this!!! I am going to have to cancel the order and/or dispute the $300 already paid to them meanwhile cough up another $300 to go buy the actual products from a store. SO UPSET!!!

I had the most awful and stressful experience ordering from Roomify. Their customer service number is never up and running and it takes days just to get a reply to an email. Overall I ended up having to call my credit card company and file a dispute just to finally get a response from someone at Roomify to cancel my order because they had not shipped my daughter’s dorm kit out yet so she would not receive it in time for school when I ordered it in ample amount of time to have it delivered on time. Now I’m having to run around and try to find what she needs with only 2 days left before she goes off to school. SUPER Frustrated! I would NEVER recommend Roomify to ANYONE nor order from them again.

Did not come in a timely fashion

We ordered the collage bedding kit on July 28th and still have not had any response on processing the order. I have emailed and called multiple times and have been told over and over again that it will be shipped in 10 days. Well 10 days is past and still not shipped. Don't waste your time and money. Heading out now to repurchase all the things that didn't show up because roomily can't get its act together. Terrible business practice. Do no buy for here.

Worst customer Service ever !!!!! I have never been more fustrated. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this Company
