I wrote a review earlier regarding lack of response from the service team at roofvents.com. They have recently gotten in contact with me and overnighted my vents to meet my schedule. The package arrived the next day and was in good condition. Definitely satisfied with the product and service.

The vent arrived damaged. It was in a sturdy corrugated box, which was perfectly intact when I received it. However, the box was much larger than the vent, which was just placed loose in the box, along with one small loose piece of bubble wrap. The vent was not protected at all from crashing around inside the box. I opted to bend the vent back into shape, use some screws to hold it together, and patch up the damaged finish coating, rather than hassle with a return and a delay in installation. It seems clear the damage occurred either inside the undamaged box during transit, or, worse, at the factory before it was packed
