At 2:27 pm CST I called your company at…
At 2:27 pm CST I called your company at 845-565-7770 in order to purchase your product. I said "Hi! My name is Lee. To whom am I speaking?" Whoever answered did not reply. So I said "I'm just asking your name so I don't have to say 'Hey,you.' " He very rudely informed me he didn't give out his name. Really??? A sales rep??? Well I don't think I want to do business with a company who hires such rude individuals as a sales representative. Unbelievable!!!!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our sales person on the phone. We value every customer, and I'm sorry you felt our phone demeanor was inappropriate. Like everyone else, we get our fair share of telemarketers and other nuisance calls. Often such calls are fishing for information, and that phone representative may have mistaken your innocent request for a malicious one. We take all of these reviews seriously, and our phone staff has been asked to be more careful in the future. In the future when you are in need of vents for your roof, we hope you will get past this unfortunate experience. Our vents are high quality, and our customer service responsive. We look forward to serving you in the future.

I would never buy from them again. They have a terrible return policy....

Because of the age of the order and the customization you required at the time of ordering we were not able to take your vents back. I'm sorry for the disappointment.

I am still waiting for a response for…
I am still waiting for a response for shipping and handling that was promised to be sent to me. If and when I receive that to pay and receive the vents your rating will improve.
