Prices change by the second with this company. The twin stack functional trainer I had in my cart for 3 days went up 3K! Not $300, but $3000! Insane to say the least. I changed NOTHING in my cart. Could I still buy it? Yes... Would I? NO! I don't get offended at the drop of a hat like most do today, however when you claim to be pro military and price gouge service members I have an issue. The salaries in the military for those who have served as we know is minimal. Apparently they mean "We support upper level officers and screw the rest". These young people can't buy 10-30K gyms on their salaries. This is one greedy American company I refuse to support. I pivoted and happily purchased from 2 rival brands, while saving literally 50%. Rogue doesn't exist to me anymore and personally I hope the go bankrupt. I'm sure that won't be the case, but I am sure of one thing and that is they will NEVER get another penny from me.

Bought apparel from them and the sweaters are something they would give away from a carnival or baseball game. Terrible quality , threw both out . Never again

Within three weeks of receiving the barbell, I discovered a deep scratch on the coating. Concerned about the durability and overall quality, I reached out to Rogue Fitness to request a return and refund under their stated policies. However, after a week of back-and-forth communication, they refused to honor both their 30 day return window and their lifetime warranty. I’m disappointed with both the product’s quality and the lack of responsiveness from customer service. They do not stand by their warranty or return policy, which is frustrating as a customer who trusted their promises. If you’re considering purchasing from Rogue Fitness, be cautious. In my experience, the barbell’s coating was of poor quality, and the company was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.

Very poor customer services. Purchased knee sleeves and received the wrong size, Refused to waiver the return fee. Won't purchase again.

terrible quality control for a company that brags about service and being american made. customer service is atrocious and when i received a defective product from them they refused to help.

Should’ve looked at all the negative reviews before ordering something from this place. If you get some thing, make sure it’s not broke because if you have to return it you pay shipping and you don’t get a full refund because they take the shipping that it took to get there to you back.

After being content when kettlebell arrived I took some time to go over the E-coat 26lb kettlebell I ordered the fit and finish of the bell is not good. The paint is unevenness there are scratches on bell. Very disappointed that I paid 82.08 for this crap.
