Was sent a right pedal crank that wouldn't thread, still had to pay 50 CAD shipping to get a replacement crank. Sorry, that was a manufacturing defect on YOUR end that caused the threads to strip. Terrible customer service. Hopefully the replacement I paid for actually works and that I can use my 140 pound currently useless hunk of medal.

Ordered a once before with no issues. Ordered wrong size hoodie, returned it a week later hoping to exchange it for the correct size. 1 month later the package is sent back to me saying to late, for the cost of £10.75. Terrible customer services.

I ordered resistance bands for a vacation and expected them to be shipped quickly. I got no notice that they were backordered or anything, but after over a week, I asked where they were. They responded a few days later and told me my order was backordered (well thanks for letting me know!) and they got my name wrong in the email back to me. Completely disrespectful and horrible service. Very disappointed for such an expensive company. Don't waste your money here, they're not worth it. Go use another site.

Be careful with paid orders... they don't arrive on the agreed date and they don't give you any explanation and they tell you that if they don't arrive in 10 more days you should tell them... do I have to be more attentive than them... is it a premium brand?

Commande passée et prélevée il y a une semaine et aucune localisation possible. Le SAV ne répond pas et UPS dit ne pas avoir le colis. Inacceptable.

Le 29 novembre je passais commande, ils m ont envoyé le colis le 10 décembre le 13 FedEx perdait mon colis .j ai reçu un mail de FedEx qui me disait qu ils remboursaient rogue fitness et que c'était donc à eux de me rembourser le colis perdu.Depuis plus personne ne me repond 70 euros perdu pour moi et le cadeau de noel jamais arrivé.
