Easy to order on-line;however once ordered it takes about 3 weeks to receive. Quality worth the wait. Update:Unfortunately I needed to exchange tops for a different size. There are no returns and they will exchange if I pay a unreasonable shipping charge of $17-but I can't return the small size. They don't accept returns. The quality of the tops seem good, but the customer service is not good at all. I'm not sure where they are shipping from having such a high charge on a light weight envelope they send the tops in. Others have written that if they return, they have to return to Dubai and the shipping would be even more. I haven't heard back yet, but hopefully the cs will be much better when they get back to me.

Small disappointment. I thought I was getting a sweater, according to the advertisement. It's not a sweater, but I still like it. Pretty satisfied overall.

I am very happy with my purchases….the size XL ran true to size…the quality of materials was very good also and well constructed.. The delivery was reasonable…within 3 weeks… Overall I will definitely shop at Rofye again

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. I am looking forward to seeing the reactions on the faces of the people I ordered these for.

I have a couple things, first shipping took way to long. It did get here and in a condition that I would expect. Now for the sweater itself. The price was high for what we got, I would have hoped for something thicker and more sweater like. After all it is a hoodie.

They were prompt in answering my questions. Even though I could not return my item they gave me a fair and equitable alternative solution.
