What a sham. The cardigan I ordered was far too big. The ribboning in the cardigan was supposed to be tan and came orange. The diamons patterns for the ribboning are ciruclar and reallt crappy. They are refusing to do anything about it. They keep offering a discount for me to keep it. I will never wear it and don't want it. What a waste of time and money. Shipping back is as others say. It must go to Dubai according to them but came from the states.

Arrived as expected, size and design are quite similar what I imagined.

The order process was easy. The only negative, is how long it takes to receive the order, which I understand shipping delays are common everywhere. But it is almost a month from order date to delivery.

After many interactions with your customer service, returning the products is impossible. They reimbursed only 49% of the cost. I bought 5items and wanted to return 2 items (1 they annonced a top and they ship a dress, 1 much too small but is a same size for all).

I put a smile because if you do not, you can’t write a review. I bought 4 items. None were to my liking so I went for their “easy” returns….NOT. My items were sent from California. When I sent an email to customer service requesting return, I received an email saying, “keep items” and we will credit you $20! If I don’t want them why keep items. My order was $140…I said No, they offered, $48. I said No, they offered $60. Don’t know where this will end…Oh, to return items, I would have to pay postage to Dubai! Such a sham. Beware if you order. Items are cute & look wonderful in the pictures!

Love my shirts! Fits as advertised! I’m purchasing again!
