I placed an order for 5 tops on Dec. 14th, 2023. As of Jan. 23rd I had still not received anything; so I emailed them. Never got a response! Five days later I did receive all 5 items. Since 2 were holiday tops, one of which was the wrong size, I followed their instructions per their return/exchange policy. I have sent 4 emails to their SERVICE email regarding forwarding me a return shipping label, per their guidelines. Nobody has responded to me! First off ... waiting 6 weeks for a purchase is TOTALLY unacceptable; and the least they could do is answer my email. I will NEVER order from them again. Lastly when asked where they ship from, they stated US, then after they said UK! Which is it???? Had they been upfront and said UK, I never would've ordered!

The negative reviews about returns are very true. I really like most of the items I received but two of them run small and there doesn’t seem to be any way to return them. There’s no paperwork in the package and skimpy mailing address on the outside. I also do not believe that they are made in the US because It takes so long to get them. I cannot find any information on how to contact the company.

The company promised free returns within 30 days. However when I needed to exchange something, they refused unless I sent 15 dollars US to a PayPal account. DODGY company.

Steer clear of this company! The clothes are nice enough, but their claim of “free returns” is completely false. I bought two dresses, neither of which fit me, so I contacted the company and let them know I would like to return the dresses. They offered me US$25 and said keep the dresses. I had paid US$87 all together! I said no, the dresses are useless to me, I want my money back since you advertise free returns. They then offered US$55 and said keep the dresses, and said I would have to pay shipping if I returned them for the full price. Should shipping really cost US$32? Will not buy from them again!

Ordered a dress in February, never received it. When I contacted them they said it was not deliverable because I gave them an incomplete address. ( I’ve never had a problem with our winter address) When I contacted them they wanted to charge “some money” for their loss of the product and a shipping fee. Why would I pay for THEIR loss when I never received the item I paid for? So I just asked for a refund and their reply was “please accept my sincere apology. My kind customer. On behalf of the company,I express my sincere apologies to you” So don’t expect any refunds from them. They take your money and run.

I ordered this on December 4th and it said it would arrive before Christmas. Did not receive it until December 29th. It was only shipped when I asked what the status was.

I'm really disappointed in this seller. Caution to anyone who is smaller in size. I typically wear a size 0 to 2. I received a cardigan as a gift in a size small and it was huge on me (small is the smallest size they offer). They only allow exchanges for size, not style, so I'm out of luck and $50 for a sweater that is huge on me. I also received the I'm cold, me 24:7 hoodie that is a little big but will work and I love it but it's very thin material. For a hoodie that says I'm cold all the time, I would have expected it to be a warm sweatshirt, not a thin long sleeve shirt.

Shipping of product took forever. Then when seeing the quality of the item, it didn’t look at all like the photos on the website.
