I suspect that the 5 star reviews are bogus. Rogue is nothing more than cyber theft. They keep you guessing for weeks on end providing fictitious routing information but the parcel never arrives. The only thing they do for sure is take your money up front. I’m certain this review will never see the light of day.

HORRIBLE- I ordered from them since it stated it's from SC - took a lg time to get merchandise-no possible contact w/company-once rec'vd., CHEAP polyester material, misfitting dresses, they claim, it's easy return, if not satisfied - NOPE, not happening! -they will not take it back only if damaged!!! Well, that's not what they advertised - they give you the run around & then there is nothing, just silence... BAAAAD business!!!

NO RETURNS. Although the website promises easy returns and exchanges this company cagily offers a very small reimbursement instead of returns and exchanges. Their home is Dubai and so they state that it is too expensive to return. And then they stop communicating! Poor business practices, cheap clothing and no possibility of return if you don’t like or the clothes don’t fit. Run the other way. There are other companies that offer similar merchandise and are more honorable!

I tried to return a top within the 30 day cutoff. Their 1st response said they'd give me only $2 (for a $38 top). Their second email offer was just as insulting. Their 3rd offered $20. Still trying to work out a solution. Normal companies give a refund minus cost of postage. They are scam

Received my package today and received 2 of the same thing, didn’t order 2 and they forgot my 3rd item. Been trying to go through customer service however, this seems to be a joke. Trying to return or exchange is a huge hassle, I don’t know if I’ll ever get through. Guess I’m out some money with items that aren’t working. I’ll never order through them again.

This company is a total SCAM!!!! On their main website page, it says FREE returns in 30 days but when you try to return some thing they offer you $35. Then you have to fight back-and-forth many times before they offer you a full refund but then they tell you that you have to pay for the return and you have to send it to Dubai! Who the heck is going to pay the amount of money it's going to take to send a parcel to Dubai. What a total rip off!

If I could give zero stars I would. All 6 pieces were a bit too big. I contacted them to return or exchange and they refuse to honour their free return policy. They are getting me to pay for a return to Dubai instead of Markham Ont where it was shipped from. Absolutely terrible customer service and products were subpar at best

Do not purchase from this company! I ordered 5 different white shirts. I received 2 that were correct, 1 wrong item and wrong size, 1 completely wrong ( it was green with words on it!) and the 5th one never received. I reached the company- no help! I filed a complaint with PayPal and they side with the company because they proved I received a delivery! What a ripoff!!!
