I read reviews before ordering and should have heeded advice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do NOT provide any returns as they advertise. They do not respond to any communication. After the dresses were delivered they sent a message saying not to return without authorization code but refuse to provide one. SCAM. BUYER BEWARE.

I NEVER write reviews for these kind of purchases but I was so happy with my clothes I wanted to pass it on to others who may be on the fence about buying from here. My items came quicker than expected and the quality is much better than I expected! Lovely and nicely fitting clothing. True to size and well made! I would buy again.

If I could give a “0” I would. I bought a dress and it was delivered on 4/14. Due to travel, I wasn’t able to try on the dress until May (it was supposed to be taken on the trip but the delivery was slow). I t didn’t fit and was poor quality so I requested a refund on 5/12. The dress was $44. They offered me $8 and I could keep it. I said no, I want my refund. They came back and offered $15 and I could keep the dress. Again, I said I want a refund. As a slap in the face they are asking I pay shipping back when their website clearly says free returns with 30 days. Poor quality, poor customer service. Stay clear of this site.

The items are exactly the same as they looked on the website. I loved Rofye, because they have so many different styles. For some items, I wished the material was higher quality. I took 1 star because Rofye's processing times are even longer than 2 weeks, as stated on its website. I ordered on April 20th, and had the items delivered on May 13th, almost a month. Also, there is no real person you can talk to, just an e-mail address and the earliest response I could get was 72 hours. I understand that there are many items and many customers but almost a month for delivery and 72 hours to respond an e-mail are too long!

I am trying to return a few dresses I ordered. This company won’t respond. The quality of dress is cheaply made. I don’t like any. I’ll never buy anything fro this company. I feel like it’s a sscam

I ordered 3 items and everything is lovely. A great sweater-yet to wear but hope it won't pill! A very comfortable white t that will be a staple in my wardrobe. A long maxi dress which fit perfectly.
