Steer clear of this company! The clothes are nice enough, but their claim of “free returns” is completely false. I bought two dresses, neither of which fit me, so I contacted the company and let them know I would like to return the dresses. They offered me US$25 and said keep the dresses. I had paid US$87 all together! I said no, the dresses are useless to me, I want my money back since you advertise free returns. They then offered US$55 and said keep the dresses, and said I would have to pay shipping if I returned them for the full price. Should shipping really cost US$32? Will not buy from them again!

The clothes seem to be good quality but customer service is HORRIBLE. There is no paperwork to initiate a return and emails go unanswered. Eventually, if they do respond, they just ask what’s wrong and don’t offer a solution. REPEATEDLY. ALSO, i think when ordering it said made inUSA, which is one of the reasons I ordered. I doubt it because there is Chinese writing all over the package.

Return Policy is a lie.

Dress arrived in the timeline expected. It fits great!

Nice selection of styles and sizes for a variety of body shapes. I loved the black, floor length, off the shoulder gown I got for around $40. Fits beautifully, so flattering, and is comfortable, too. One item from my order wasn't available after I ordered it, which was disappointing, but they refunded the amount immediately. Good experience.

I ordered three items, two items fit great. One item is too sized too small for a Large, I want to exchange for Extra Large size, because I like it. I’ve sent two emails to customer service with no response. Please help.

Scam: Beware! Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 items, kept 2 but wanted to return a dress (which is too big). They said keep the dress and we’ll offer you $7 compensation. I said no I want my money back ($75). Then they offered $15; third offer was $22! What kind of a company is this?!?! Let’s see what they do now as I have mailed my dress back to Markham address. Nice clothes but this makes me so angry! Ttheir claim of Easy Returns is a scam! Buyers beware!!! I have warned all my girlfriends and will continue to do so. Do the right thing Rofye!!!!🤬
