They make it very easy and didn't keep…
They make it very easy and didn't keep hounding you for questions or upselling. After a while I totally trusted them and was happy that I did not have to go into the doctor every time for a refill.

Do NOT trust this company
Do NOT trust this company! They will rip you off big time! We canceled our membership well within the required time but 2 months later, they're still taking money out of my account! I never even got the first product from them! Don't trust them!

I was charged twice
I was charged twice, two different amounts, for my medication refill. Neither charge matched the amount of medication I actually received. I have requested a refund of my money and have heard nothing back from the company. I’m now out about $800. Don’t use this company!

Quick and easy process
Roen was quick and easy to sign up for. Answering the questions and providing the information needed, they were quick to have my wt loss plan and was sent to my door quickly. Starting the process, they provided simple dosage instructions, administration instructions, and drug information. They truly have made this transition in my life a little easier.
