I ordered several Blu Bags as little gifts for work colleagues for Christmas! They are all adorable and given the many designs, it was fun to pick ones suited to a colleague's personality or tastes!

I ordered and wanted to know how long it would take for general delivery. There was no information available. I sent an email that day, Saturday, and received an email back Monday morning stating that they could get it to me by Weds July 21, for an extra $17. I said ok, but delivery did not occur until July 23. Wouldn't have spent the extra money and would have gone elsewhere had I klnown it was coming in time for a party.

My apologies about your experience with our company. You indicated that you paid $17 extra for expedited shipping however, our records indicate that you only paid for the products,If you give us a chance, we intend to make this right and hope you will allow us to speak with you to discuss the situation. I left a voicemail on your number, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience, I would like to make it right so we can get this sorted.

I love the blu cloths that work so much better than sponges and paper towels. I bought some to give to family, Great product, I recommend them instead of paper towels or regular sponges
