Love your product selection. Saw the trays you were selling on the Today Show today. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase the tray I wanted in time. So, I went to your website and couldn’t find it. Just wish I could purchase one.
Response from rockflowerpaperJul 16, 2021
We apologize that we are not able to fulfill your order on some of the trays, as we received an overwhelming response to the sale on the Today Show, and a few trays sold out in a short period of time. We are not able to add any more stock as we manufactured a specified amount of trays for this event only. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience and as a token of apology please accept coupon TAKE10 to get 10% off on non-sale items on our website. www.rockflowerpaper.com

Everything was great except for the fact that I had to ok a request to reveal my location to you every single time I looked at any item. I don't mind your knowing where I am, but the repeated request got pretty annoying after a while.

We appreciate you supporting our small, woman-owned business, your opinion is valued greatly and it helps us maintain an excellent standard of service to our customers. Thanks a ton! Comment regarding the location request definitely needs attention but this is not something we heard before, I will surely pass this to our e-commerce manager to get this fixed.
