One item that I ordered was a lemon slice tray; the box says lemon slices but the tray inside is Cape Cod so it's the wrong item (not what I ordered). The box was correct but product inside the box was incorrect so now I will have to get the wrong item returned and request the correct tray.

The embroidery was different than I expected on one top, but I'm still wearing it. I altered the cuffs on another top so that they don't stick out and I really like it that way. The other top was perfect.

I love your products, and it is pretty easy to search for them online. What is not clear at least on my account is how to use the points I get for shopping. I had to email for assistance. and then it worked just fine.

I bought a beach towel from this company. I love the fabric, however, there's a picture that shows the beach towel as bug as a beach towel, but it is narrow. I am a small woman and I'm too big for it to be used as a beach towel. A wrap, yes, but not a towel. I love the print to, but it needs to be about 6 more inches wider.

I had sent two emails about a broken earring I received. No response. Called the company and spoke to a customer service representative and she immediately said it would be taken care of and sent out a new pair at no charge. They arrived very quickly. Thank you. Suggest a call rather than email to solve any concerns your may have.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a nice review, we are incredibly grateful that you took the time to leave us this note, not replying to emails is definitely not the standard of service we aim to provide, it was a rare instance that due to a technical glitch we were not receiving emails, we fixed it as soon as we realized and everything is working fine now. Thanks again, we are incredibly grateful that you took the time to leave us this note.

Rockflowerpaper has an excellent assortment of Blu Bags (the best/easiest brand of reusable shopping bags). I had received one as a gift and use it almost every day. It fits neatly into a little zipper pouch that I carry in my purse. I purchased one for all my friends. Great resource!

This is the fourth item I’ve bought from RFP. I love the aesthetic. This time I bought a red peasant blouse that I think looks a little dumpy on me, but others seem to like it and it’s so comfortable that i kept it. With most brands I’m a medium but I definitely wear a small here - they run large. Delivery takes about 10 days. Items are well made and just really, really fun.

I love the shirts I order. They are light, colorful and have nice detail. My problem is sizes. A medium looks best but is too tight in the chest. I order size large and alter them.

Sorry to hear that it didn't fit well, As you can imagine fit is a tricky art/science and not every garment fits every person, try as we might, We appreciate you supporting our small, woman owned business.
