I love rockflowerpaper
I love rockflowerpaper! User friendly website and I do love their products. My favorite is the cotton sleep shirt...I just ordered a second one as I hate when the one I had was in the laundry!!

I was given a 50% off code to use for a delayed shipment for another order I placed which was very much appreciated. I totally understand the delay and thank you very much for the gift of 50% off of some very nice things that I normally would not purchase due to not being able to afford them. Some will be given as gifts. Thank you again for your kindness. Sandi

Had a delay in receiving my order
Had a delay in receiving my order. Received a personal note explaining the problem in detail and was offered the choice to cancel the order or wait for the delivery. Was given a 50% off coupon for my inconvenience. Appreciate the coupon as well as the honesty. Will be happy to continue to do business with this company

We love the Blu line of items
We love the Blu line of items. We have never had any issues or complaint on any item we've sold. I personally never go anywhere without a Blu Bag in my purse.

Service was great
Service was great, items ordered shipped & received within the timeframe. The quality is great. However, there is a little inconsistency in sizing of clothing. I was told the company was aware of it. If that is the case, then it would have been great to see a "caution" in the captioned descriptions of the items on the website. Or, just take that particular item/color option out of circulation until there is better quality control. It's especially hard when buying sale items as your options for return or exchange are very limited.

We appreciate your feedback May, it’s what keeps us improving and knowing where we need to work on, I will surely share this with all involved! As you can imagine, fit is a tricky art/science and not every garment fits every person, try as we might but we will keep close look into that.
