Customer service is a nightmare
Customer service is a nightmare! I have made several attempts to receive a callback or email reply because I was charged for an item I never received and want a credit made to my credit card. I also sent back some items within 7 days of receipt and have yet to see the credit on my charge card. I have emailed them twice with no response. I phoned twice during their posted open hours on the website. The recording stated, "We are closed." BAD

Simply divine
Wonderful company. Conscious products. Beautiful materials, and especially the trays. Love the grocery bags too...your company has changed my life...I now carry them with me where ever I go! This company is more than worthwhile...it is simply divine.

Navigating on website was derailing.Items are fabulous.
When studying the website, I couldn't go directly back to the specific area in which I wanted to shop. The directional arrow would not let me point to a specific category, I had to start over again to "shop all". Further, I was not given the 15% discount as advertised when signing up for discount. HOWEVER, I was very pleased that I found some terrific Xmas gifts!!
