Iove my new grocery bags. They came in a little bag with a clip to clup onto my purse or keys. They are very well made and beautiful. I also got some beautiful little cosmetic bags that have already proved handy.

Great customer service receiving a replacement for a tray that shouldn’t have passed quality control, but the one it was replaced with also had some issues. Not sure if business is getting too busy and things are getting missed, but neither of the trays I received should have been sent out. I hope in the future it will be better quality because they are very cute trays.

For some reason, the customer service function is basically non functional. Maybe you got too many orders from the Instagram ads, but I have tried twice to communicate my issues and get no help. I want to return an order in the wrong size. There is no info for how to do this in packing materials or anywhere else I can find. I tried to ask for the info a week ago. Nothing yet. I’m stuck with a $70 garment I can’t wear. So, yeah, that’s the reason for a bad rating.

I just purchased a pleated “Blu” tunic top and wear it at least once a week. It seems to have become my go to garment for throwing over a white tank top and jeans when heading to town to do errands. I have worn it many times this week while on vacation in Malibu. It is perfect for wearing to casual meals out. The fabric is lightweight and has a silky texture that is packable and always looks great. I couldnt be happier too that this company is committed to conservation while also providing nice products. I will absolutely buy more. (Just for reference, i am 5’ 9” athletic thin- ish body type and purchased size medium. Also, i am very picky about fit snd style and only write reviews when something is excellent )
