I tried to use a coupon you sent me and you said it had expired. I have been using your company, but not again. That’s just bad business
Response from Rocket RxSep 9, 2024
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the expired coupon. I understand how disappointing that experience must have been, especially as a valued customer of ours. We strive to offer the best service possible, and I'm sorry we fell short in this instance. If there's anything we can do to make this right, please don't hesitate to let us know. We appreciate your past support and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again. Warm regards, RocketRX Team
