The process is relatively straightforward and the medical professionals who evaluate the responses take their job seriously to address concerns. However, it seems strange that they question reactions to other drugs one has taken in the past rather than focusing on the drug one is attempting to reorder. Rocket Rx prices are more reasonable than other online sites.

I submitted a request for a refill. With the application submitted I was asked questions by a representative about how often I use the medication. I let them know of rough use, it was a slight over estimate but that was to air on side of caution. I ended up being denied because it’s too often from what they told me. Instead of just denying my application. They could have instead just have let me know the recommended safe dosage and or how long often that dosage should be used. Instead it’s denied and I don’t even have that answer either.

Disappointed that I have to make a conference call with a provider every time I order. Great price and fast delivery though.
