The pills work and I can order when needed without a subscription.

Usually no problem with past orders. Problem No. 1 - Today placed an order with an advertised discount and it did not go through the first time. Webpage advised to click resubmit. That second (same) order went through, but without the advertised discount. Problem No. 2 - I tried for 30 minutes in vain to reach Rocket Rx via their Live Chat without any response and finally gave up. In the meantime, they processed the more expensive (but identical) order and informed me that the original order was a "duplicate." They never let go of that mantra throughout the afternoon. Something cannot be both an original and duplicate at the same time, at least not on this planet. Problem No. 3 - I tried to find their contact number under "Contact." but the phone contact lead to a dead internet page with a 404 Error message. Problem No. 4 - I finally found their telephone number on the internet (not their website) where you only have the option to leave a text message. I explained the issue in great depth, requested relief and informed them they could speak to Florida's Attorney General's Office, Consumer Division, for illegal business practices if they did not wish to trouble themselves by resolving this with me. Resolution - Within an hour I received several emails stating that they would refund the overcharge. They had to insist that the first order was a duplicate. They probably will refund the difference. Wasted 1.5 hours. Not convenient at all.

I've been with RX for a couple of years now. The medications work well for me, so obviously I'm happy with the results. 4 stars because the price continues to climb. Each time I order, the price is higher. It's time for me to shop around again. Too bad. I may stay or I may go.

I needed a refill and was happy to hear I was getting a discount on my order. I feel the Viagra supplied works well

Why is it taking over a week to get it and I'm still waiting on it to get here. Something with the shipping has gotten to slow.

I love Rocket Rx, they make the entire process easy. Have high quality products, reasonably priced and quick shipping. My go to prescriber.
