I Wrote a previous 5 star review about rocket RX before receiving my newly ordered medication. What a mistake. My order was several days late and it looked like the postal carrier had lost my order. When I contacted support about this issue they explained this was not their problem as they shipped the medicine. I asked to speak with a supervisor on my first call and was denied. I immediately called back going through the robot garbage again. I spoke with another rep. whom did put me through to a supervisor but that was to no avail. Think hard before trusting this vendor. The medication is good but the service is terrible.
