Hello! I hope you're having a wonderful day! We're so sorry for the inconvenience! We've noticed that when patients report that they've noticed a fee and haven't logged in or called to place an order, it’s likely that an unintentional subscription order has been processed as a result of a patient not manually selecting the one time order option during check out on a past order. We’ve sent you an email to help clear up any confusion you might have regarding your charges. We can’t wait to provide you with the clarity you need regarding your concern!
