Had my reservations, but the whole process was very easy. Glad I gave it a go...

I have not even received my first order and I am already dissatisfied with this company. I was told I placed my order on Friday after business hours, even though it was actually before. I paid for next day shipping. Clearly, I understand that it might not be able to be next day shipping since it is a weekend, but I was told by a representative of the company that I reached out to yesterday that my prescription would be filled yesterday and dispatched. It is now 36 hours later and I have not received an email with a dispatch confirmation. When I log into my profile, it says awaiting dispatch. Whatever that means. if this order is not received tomorrow on the special occasion that I ordered it for and I want a full refund on the shipping that I paid extra for. Also if they required any more information from me that I should’ve been contacted immediately. I am at a loss for words and extremely dissatisfied and I have not even received the product yet.
