I am really upset like other users who only found out after ordering and being advised that items would ship in 48 hrs and my credit card was already charged that I learned I had to have a video conference first before items would ship and that was set for two weeks out! That sucks! That should be told before you get to that point in process and your credit card should not be charged until when they actually send your product. This is a misrepresentation in my opinion. I only hope the rest of this process goes ok.
