Exactly as I ordered, no hassles. Good delivery time.

The order delivered to St. Irene Church in Warrenville arrived very quickly and with no issues -- excellent service. However, the order delivered to St. Mark Church in Wheaton took 5 additional days (including a weekend) to arrive -- unclear why there was such a delay. The orders were placed within 15 minutes of each other, the delivery destinations are only a few miles apart! But overall, very satisfied with Rocket Industrial.

There was nothing difficult finding and ordering from your website and tracking delivery was easy.

Never did receive my order. Have not received any communication, except of course a request for a review. Definitely won't be a customer in the future.

Great company to work with, awesome customer support. I had a question about shipping and they were very quick to respond. Rocket Industrial shipped out the order right away so we didn't run out of cleaning supplies for our martial arts school for the COVID requirements! We are planning on ordering from them again!
