I had a Windows 7 support question
I had a Windows 7 support question. Reported problem, got an amswer, that allowed m to contonue using ROBOFORM with my Win 7 systems. Question of the "FORCED UPDATE" came up, submittted request for help. Request answered within days. SUPPORT IS GREAT.

I could not understand the logic of…
I could not understand the logic of this program and needed to use it on multiple machines. To top it off, I failed to write down the master password which means completely starting over. The explanations on Youtube were completely unhelpful. I still don't know where the passwords are stored nor why that should be safer than my chrome account.

I've had RoboForm for many years and it has always been a great password manager. More importantly if you ever need support, the team is always very friendly and helpful and reply within hours or many times minutes. I would never use another password manager.

VERY useful password minder simplifying opening multiple protected sites
Ability to fill login info with one click is a great time saver and for a very reasonable price.
