R Deleted all bank logins so manual…
R Deleted all bank logins so manual entry is a must. They blamed it on Google. Bad biz practice and I have used RF for many years. I paid for Pro. Not good. Their fix is long and very complicated. I am not a tech guy.

We're so sorry you lost your bank logins! Please know that RoboForm should never be the cause of lost or deleted logins. As such, we'd love to investigate this matter further. We do see that you have a support ticket from 2015 connected to a similar issue. Is this the same matter or did the bank logins recently disappear? Obtrusive masking of passwords even after you enter your master password
I have used Roboform for years and have liked it. A new release now masks the passwords by default (when you are looking at the list in editor). This means that, every time you want to see or copy a password while in the editor, you have to click on an "eye" icon to unmask the password. When I contacted customer support to see if there were a user-defined override available to unmask the passwords, the operator told me that it was implemented as a security measure. I could have guess that that was the motivation; but, if you are in the editor, it is because you have entered your master password. I have several friends who refuse to update to the newer update just to avoid this inconvenience.

Hello Roy, Thanks for your feedback. An additional update we made to the Editor is to add a Copy button right next to the View icon, so if you are looking to copy the password for pasting elsewhere, it takes one click. For cases where you want to view the password unredacted, we are exploring adding a universal option to make passwords in the Editor visible in plain text, similar to our mobile versions.
