I have used Roboform for more than 7 yrs. Loved it. Back in the days, I bought a perpetual license for 1 device. However, they have failed me when I needed them the most! Recently, my laptop crashed however I was able to access my hard drive from another computer. I was expecting my RoboForm data to be on my hard drive but it wasn't there. I wrote to customer service on Jan 31, 2022, since then I have had an exchange of 19 messages with the customer service team but they have not helped me with my data. Apparently, at some time RoboForm introduced the Chrome extension and since then my data automatically was stored online and they stopped storing it on my PC. Now that I have bricked my old laptop, when I log in from another PC into the Chrome browser (still only a single device), I am unable to see all of my passwords. My passwords since 2018 are missing! I have been following up with them to give me my data but despite repeated requests, they are not giving me clear answers. It just feels like they are bullying me into buying the subscription and I am offended by that! I have paid for what I wanted, pls do not push me around. I never signed up for not storing the data on my PC! There should have been a copy on my PC even after you introduced the browser extension. I have been a strong advocate of RoboForm for all these years however, right now I have a bitter taste in my mouth. Sad!

This program since the update in Jan 2021 is absolutely useless. Their customer service reps don’t understand anything and clearly can’t be bothered to find out what you are asking them and what the problem is. They treat you like you are a kid & know nothing about using a computer. I was using Roboform for many years and never had any issue it was working perfectly. Since Jan 2021 I get stressed out every time I use it and unfortunately just before the 2021 update I renewed my subscription for 5 years. They won’t refund me or let me cancel my subscription although it is their fault that program is useless. Do not pay for this program just use free version it does not worth a penny, and they will not help you with any issue you have. It does nit save things correctly, and will not show you or fill the forms correctly on most sites. Absolutely disgusting app and company. Avoid at any cost!

I have always been able to enter PW controlled sites without having to remember my password for the site. It enables me to have a lot of different passwords each related to a specific site

RoboForm proved to be the best way to keep ways to enter forums, support sites of programs and hardware that I bought, web mail, sites where I buy like Amazon and Ebay etc. I find it very useful to generate non-trivial passwords with RoboForm. It is the only program I bought for which I didn't pay a fixed cost but have to renew my license. I you don't work with this program, your life is harder than it should be.

I couldn't do without RoboForm. It takes care of all my passwords. Very easy to use. Very good program.

I’ve been using RoboForm for about 20 years now I’ve always found it very useful safe and secure. I’m retired and disabled and do an awful lot of my shopping online so I find RoboForm’s form filling invaluable.
