Been using Roboform for over a year, changed from LastPass. Using the family account. It doesn't make the computer websites very often but for my money I think it is the best around. It is very easy to set up, works very well across all platforms - Windows, Mac, Android, and provides all the services I need. I use if for passwords (obviously!) but also secure notes and identities including passports and credit cards.

I have been using it for the past more than two years, and I can say that it is the most convenient and non-intrusive password manager I have ever used.

I wrote a review yesterday and left a 1 Star rating. I did so to ensure someone reached out to me. Well Justin from RoboForm contacted me this morning and very professionally and efficiently worked the issue and had me fully loaded and up to speed with this excellent PW tool. I knew the company must be excellent with all of the positive reviews and high ratings. That is why I did not simply cancel my order. Justin certainly proved this to be correct. RoboForm you need to make sure you keep Justin on your Team and keep him in mind for future promotions for the good of your company! Thank you RoboForm/Justin

Poor support.Talking to anyone is a challenge. Paid for 5 years but now no longer use. Beware. Trying to remove the app is a challenge. It keeps popping up. The wonderful staff at Apple finally removed all traces.

Hi Linda, thanks for the feedback and we're sorry to see you go. I do see that you requested assistance via phone from us on a few occasions. We did so each time and provided a screenshare with detailed instructions on how to use RoboForm. I also see that we also replied back to any follow up questions you had. The last communication was in January where we sent you a message but did not hear back. As far as uninstalling, we provide instructions in our Help Center at https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/sections/206531947-Uninstalling In the event that you decide to give RoboForm another try, we're here to assist.

Roboform has provided me with a consistently safe and reliable secure vault but, most of all I would like to commend the excellent customer service technical help team, At any time that I have asked for help, the response and willingness to give relevant assistance has always been swift and effective. I cannot bring to mind any other technical website's 'Help' that performs up to the standards set by Roboform. Best wishes Lojong

Dislike quick sign outs. Allow us to install a private, personal resign-in-code.

Hello Irvin, thanks for the feedback. You advised that you do not like being signed out so often from RoboForm and that you would like to create a quick re-signin code. To adjust the timeout period for RoboForm on Windows, see here for instructions. You can set it to as long as 'Don't ask for Master Password', which will prompt once every 30 days: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003892771-How-can-I-stop-RoboForm-asking-me-to-enter-the-Master-Password-#BE To enable a quicker option for logging in, you can instead select 'Windows Hello'. This does require installing RoboForm for Windows (not just the extension), but allows you to use your Windows PIN or even biometrics, which can be more convenient than typing in your Master Password. If you'd like any additional assistance with these items please contact our support team at https://www.roboform.com/support We also sent a copy of these instructions via email a few weeks back when we received your review.
