I had a problem with the application and emailed for assistance. The response was very quick, which gave me precise step-by-step instructions on how to resolve this. I followed those instructions, and it did the trick. Too often companies are not specific in their response, and it was very refreshing to deal with somebody who gave clear and effective advice and guidance.
