I recently had an unfortunate experience with a recruiter from Robert Half named Klaudia C. She came across as curt throughout the conversation and instructed me to expect an email from her with further details about the job. Despite confirming my email—which is clearly listed on my resume—multiple times, I never received any follow-up communication. She also scheduled a call for the following day, which did not happen, and there was no explanation or contact afterward. The lack of follow-through and professionalism was disappointing and not reflective of the standards I would expect from a firm with Robert Half’s reputation. I have confirmed from the LinkedIn page and the company's website that the person mentioned works at Robert Half.

Hatte heute ein Vorstellungsgespräch und war überpünktlich sogar 5 Minuten zu früh, wie es ja eigentlich auch sein sollte. Nach zweimaligem klingeln und warten mehrerer Minuten hat immer noch niemand aufgemacht. Danach habe ich dann 2 mal angerufen und niemand ist dran gegangen, dann habe ich eine Mail geschrieben, dass ich inzwischen im Biergarten sei und da zu finden wäre, da ja keiner aufmachen würde. Daraufhin kam ein Anruf, ich solle nochmals klingeln kommen, was ich dann auch tat, aber leider wieder vergebens. Ca 10 weitere Minuten später rief mich dann die eigentliche Gesprächspartnerin (mein Termin) an und fragte, ob ich gut hergefunden hätte (15 Minuten nach dem vereinbarten Termin /20 Min nach meiner Ankunft) sorry, aber da fühlt man sich doch wohl wirklich verar.... da war ich inzwischen halt auch schon wieder weg. Sorry, aber mit so einer Firma will ich auch nicht zusammenarbeiten. Daher keine Empfehlung von mir für Robert Half. 0.0 Sterne...

They do a poor job of keeping you in the loop of the process. Recruiter will ghost you without saying anything.

Bewerbung eingereicht um 19.06 Uhr,Eingang wurde bestätigt. Absage um 19.13 Uhr.Wenn ich dann so Sätze lese wie......nach gründlicher Durchsicht Deiner Unterlagen!!!!!!!! Meine Bewerbung hat wohl nie ein menschliches Wesen zu Gesicht bekommen,sondern wurde durch KI aussortiert. Seid wenigstens so clever und wartet ein paar Stunden mit der automatisierten Standardabsage.

These are internet scammers. I have been receiving fake calls since they received my details and resume. Do not trust them at all. They are systematic thieves of my information. I emailed them and told them to delete my information immediately. But because they systematically steal people's information as their goals. They ignored my request.

After four years of service, they decided I wasn't worth advocating for. Sent countless follow-up emails and always got a "sorry, nothing, keeping you top of mind" response. Dishonest and inconsiderate. Would've preferred them to just be upfront that they wouldn't do anything for me, so I could move on. I guess they only did that because they didn't want one-star reviews on sites like this, but guess what, you earned it.

I had a random women friend me and start with hi mate but intermittent messages of one words prior to this. When I made it clear you're certainly not my mate she said no worries which is extremely rude and most definitely not a professional or a kiwi. After three times telling Sarah Ross from the Auckland office it's 2130 and FO leave me alone in no uncertain terms, she completely ignored me and said do you want a job. No repport built at all and profanity in response from Sarah Ross. Totally unprofessional and lack of accountability.

Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar voor de samenwerking met het team van Robert Half Hasselt. Kaate, Veronique en Roberto toonden vanaf het eerste gesprek een oprechte betrokkenheid en stelden alles in het werk om voor mij de juiste job te vinden. Hun professionele aanpak in combinatie met een warme, menselijke benadering maakte écht het verschil. Ze luisterden naar mijn wensen, gaven eerlijke feedback, en bleven gedurende het hele proces in contact. Dat ik uiteindelijk een fantastische job vond via hen, is volledig hun verdienste. Wat mij betreft: een team uit de duizend!
