I will always book all my flight with roomingmood agency, Max was very kind and helpful! I was looking for last minute cheap flights to Miami and Max did his best to get me the best flight and service too. Highly recommend this agency. Great Customer Service
After repeatedly searching online for an airline ticket, for my summer vacation I was directed to the Roaming Mood website. I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve, the agent who was very helpful in providing the necessary information needed to help me make the purchase. Dave was very helpful
Dave was very helpful, He made sure that I got the best deal. He was very patient with me even though I had questions and some anxieties about getting my tickets. He called me back and clarified all of my concerns.He remained on line until all issues were taken care of.

I was having problems getting a flight.
I was having problems getting a flight and I called and spoke to a gentlemen Jay and he really helped me out, I was so frustrated I was close to giving up and not purchasing anything Jay really went out of his way to keep me calm and help me get a decent price with the same dates and airports which was real important to me.

David was very helpful and kind
David was very helpful and kind! The only issue I had with this company was the price going up around $200 more than what I originally booked it as, which was warned that fares were not guaranteed until the reservation was sent, but I still think that was a little misleading. The price still saved me a good amount compared to other options, so I was okay with that. Overall, a good experience so far.
