Dave was outstanding! He was so helpful and went out of his way to find the best deal for my son's flight. He emailed and called to confirm everything and he made me feel like he really cared. I am so excited about this flight and I can't thank Dave enough for being such a great employee. He went over and above to make this happen and I will be sure to come back to this site for future flights. Thanks again Dave!

The customer service rep, Sam, was very helpful and completed my reservation during the call. What I don’t like about Roamingmood is that the ticket price I saw was not gauranteed by clicking submit, so the price nearly doubled by the time I was able to complete it on the call.

I’m giving 3 stars because I have a mixed review. I’d like to give 1 star because the prices advertised are not correct. The clause says if the price changes they will call you and of course 10 minutes later they are calling to tell you your flights went up $500. It’s a SCAM. On the other hand I’d like to give Dave 5 stars. He was very helpful. After quoting me $1500 on a $390 purchase he found a way to get me the flights for $599. Once I decided to cancel my flight Dave made it easy and seem less. Dave was a pleasure to work with!
