Although I couldn’t get the flight for the price on the app. Kristina was still able to help me get and secure a flight at a decent price.

I received prompt assistance and my e-ticket was mailed to me in less than 24 hours after the first contact was made. The agent who assisted in the purchase was courteous, friendly and very helpful.

I was worried that this site wasn’t legit. It is and in the end of their process, the price was half of the Delta and Orbitz price. They got me on a outbound flight at a time that was all but sold out. It seems they are a real travel agency. However, the advertised price is not the price you will pay. Their model is to say you have to call and speak to an agent after you think you’ve bought the tickets and you get an email. They say that your flight is “booked” but not ticketed and come back and say that it’s regrettable but not their fault but the real price is ~twice the previous website rate (which is still half the airline price). Then they come back again and say how sorry they are but they forgot to add taxes and fees which tacks on a bit more. The bottom line is in about 4 hours after the original email and subsequent phone call, I got two bonafide e-tickets on a sold out cross country flight for right at half the list price. Tom was really helpful and I will use them and Tom again without a doubt.

Princey was very helpful and I was able to get the flight I requested. I thought after I made my reservation and paid for it on line that it was confirmed. I missed a couple calls from Princey and then luckily answered the 3rd time she called. That’s when I found out there were more steps to take to actually confirm the reservation. It would be helpful if that part of the process was explained when you first make arrangements on line.

Over all good experience. Only thing they said my flight was completely booked already at the price they gave me but then shortly later found one for the same flight but was double. But still just regular economy also.
