Beware!!! I just looked into this but never agreed to a membership and I just received a $139 charge on my credit card. I never spoke to anyone, never got any meds, nothing! I had to submit a complaint to my cc company and am in the process of getting my money back.

Believe the reviews. They are not good for GLP medical solutions. Their customer service is extremely poor (it took days for me to get a response after not receiving shipment) and their pricing is not at all competitive. Don’t be tempted by whatever celebrity they have advertised.

Some other services may advertise lower costs by offering compounded versions, which can differ from brand-name treatments. Please also note the price may be significantly lower if your insurance approves for coverage.

Extremely misleading and deceptive pricing, and it's clearly done very intentionally. Thankfully, I thought the pricing explanation seemed too good to be true, considering I don't have insurance, so I stopped before the final payment step to go look at reviews. The language on the checkout page implied that the cost of medication would be included within the $149 monthly fee (after the first month for $45). It is NOT difficult to be transparent here that this is only a membership fee and doesn't cover the additional cost of medication. I immediately lost all trust and respect for this company and I'm so grateful I didn't pay the initial $45 and get roped into the nightmare of trying to cancel and get a refund that others have. If you have to deceive people to get them to buy from you and spring charges on them later, you're a sh*tty company. No one is buying the responses to negative views touting your "commitment to transparency." I work in marketing, I've written that copy for plenty of other shady businesses in the past.

I was supposed to be charged $49 "deal" for first month. Charged me $149. Also $45 for something else????? I cancelled and received $148 back, but not the $45. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE!!!!!

Incredibly disappointed in this company. Feel like I got scammed. I have never left a bad review somewhere!! The great prices they advertise are just membership fees. When I said I was confused about that and wanted my money back they said no. I paid $50 effing dollars for nothing. So swindle people into signing up so you can keep their sign up fees?.. I would not have signed up if I had known the medication was extra. Horrible customer service policies, horrible response. What kind of company takes someone's $50 for literally nothing. A simple refund for scamming me into subscribing would have made me happy, now I'll be telling everyone to avoid this company, shouting it from the rooftops. Go elsewhere. Also when a customer is upset your goal should be to make them not upset. Wish I could leave less than one star.
