They charge a hidden membership fee of $145/mo to even get meds. Yes, they require you to be on this membership to order meds
I signed up with ro.co because I thought $150 a month for glp medication isn't that bad. But then I noticed, they also charge you a membership fee of $145. And I know this is a marketing scheme because $150/mo sounds a lot better than $295/mo. I hate companies who do this. It's not transparent, it's sneaky, and it makes the customer feel cheated. Not cool. Ro.co REQUIRES you have the membership to get the meds, so if this is the case, why not put the pricing together. Very sneaky.

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. If you are approved by your insurance, the price of the medication co-pay can be much lower than the cash-pay options. Transparent pricing and more information about the overall cost of the Body membership can be found on our website here: ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/
