Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. If you are approved by your insurance, the price of the medication co-pay can be much lower than the cash-pay options. The Body Program fees ($45 first month and $145 monthly membership fee thereafter) include a personalized treatment plan, telephone or video consultations with an RN Coach, ongoing provider support with 1:1 messaging, and through our partners, insurance coverage support for the cost of prescription medication.
