I went to their website and ordered what I thought was a 1 time purchase but you have to talk to a doctor before you can get the product, I changed my mind the same day and canceled the order, I was NEVER contacted by a doctor and never got product, but I did get a charge on my credit card card for $45.00. I reached out and told them I had canceled and never received product or talked to a doctor and they will not refund my credit card. Quoting some tiny disclosure not to mention, I thought that it was supposed to be a 1 time purchase and not a membership UPDATE, now after saying I will warn people, they agreed to refund me my $45.00. I am hoping this will happen as its the right thing to do .

I went through the lengthy questionnaire and then received an email stating that my insurance would cover Ro products. That was a lie. My insurance does not “cover” any of it. I keep receiving the same email over and over, but I do not see an unsubscribe option anywhere, and now Ro has a lot of my personal data to sell. I regret ever clicking on the Ro link. The spam-ish emails from Ro won’t stop, and the products are expensive and potentially dangerous (according to the warnings that they are required to share while selling products in the U.S.).

Scammed me into hidden fees. Said it was $45 to start and $199 a month after that. I was charged $45 to start and $299 the first month. Second month I was charged $145 for a membership fee and $399 for the medication. I cancelled right away, they said no refunds.

You sent the wrong medication. My prescription order states that I was to recieve Ozempic, not compound semiglutide. My husband Mark was supposed to receive semiglutide, but you cancelled his order. I had a reaction to the medication and the prescribing doctor said to stop taking it. He said he would cancel the order. I later received a $145 membership fee charge which they would not refund stating it's separate from the prescription cost. The doctor did not inform me that I would also have to cancel the membership. They charge $145 for the membership and $199 medications. Total scam, do do business with Ro.

If I could give this company a zero, I would! An absolute scam. I've been waiting for a MONTH to hear that my insurance company denied coverage. In the meantime, I've had several charges on my credit card that I questioned. My insurance company NEVER received a coverage enquiry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I filled out the info with RO and gave them my credit card a few days ago. I have NOT spoken with a provider yet a package showed up at my door today. It is 2 MG and last I was previously on 5 mg needing to increase to 7mg. -This must be a joke as I haven't spoken with any of their providers to for RO to know what to send... I am requesting they pick this crap up and give me a full refund or I will dispute it with my card holder!

You pay 50 dollars just to find out you have to pay for 6 months all at once so it was 649.00 they should let you purchase month by month
