You can cancel your Ro Body membership in your account.  Here’s how:  Go to Membership and subscriptions:  https://ro.co/my/memberships/ Find your active Ro Body membership and select “Manage membership” Select “Cancel my membership” at the bottom of the screen Confirm your cancellation Once you cancel, you’ll see a confirmation message on your screen Please reach out to [email protected] if you need any additional assistance here!

This covers your health assessment to see if GLP-1s are right for you and an insurance coverage check to see if they could be covered. Hi there. We're sorry to hear about your experience. At this time, we do not accept insurance or HSA/FSA cards on our platform. However, you may be able to be reimbursed by your benefits provider if you provide a copy of your prescription and a detailed receipt.
