Do advertised $49 month and then $149 a month after. I paid the $49 and was able to get in the app and select what meds I wanted. Well the $49 is only a non refundable member fee. Not the first month. Then the meds are only $149 for the first low dose. Then the meds are $199. Just sneaky lies to get your $$$. Not to actually help you on your weight loss journey.

Would give this company ZERO stars if I could. They straight up lie to you about the available dose of medication. I signed up for the 4mg pill which was reduced in price. I had previously been on the injectable variety of the medication, but when they came to send the medication they would only offer the 1.5mg dose even though I signed up for the 4mg. When I tried to cancel they still wouldn’t refund me the 30 dollars for the program fee even though I never would have signed up if they didn’t falsely advertise being able to get the 4mg dose.

My insurance approved my first month of medication. I paid my membership fees and then the second month RO claim my insurance denied my medication which I know for a fact covers Ozempic. Then they wanted me to pay for my prescription out-of-pocket, in addition to the membership fee that they will not refund even if you’re denied through insurance coverage . This company is really a scam. According to RO the only way I was going to get my medication for the second month was to come out of pocket for it. I called my insurance company and they had no correspondence with RO about prior authorization at all for the second month. They will take your membership fee and then not use your insurance —-either way they have your 150$. SCAM When you are faced with a problem like this, there’s no one to call or speak to. All answers in their platform are done through AI.

Ro advertises on television that they are a low cost way to get GLP-1 medication for weight loss. The ad on television does show they are a service but when they put this notice it is at the end of the ad and you don't have time to read it. When you go to the website and fill in all the medications you are taking it looks as if they are going to sell you the GLP-1 drug at a discounted price, but NO they are charging you for an evalution survice (lowest service is the initial 39.99 and then $888 for a yearly membership service) to sell you the GLP-1 drug at what everybody sells the drug for. My doctor already gave me a prescription for the GLP-1 drug but my insurance will not cover it and even with the discount from the manufacturer it is not affordable. Ro just adds to the problem. They don't explain their up front cost and what it goes to until you have already signed up for. Ro is a scam. Now I am 40 bucks more out than I would be and I still can't afford this medicine that my doctor prescribed!

Received meds for one month then cancelled Have been being charged $145 month since then Emailed ‘management’ They Requested personal information via email and I Told them I was not comfortable giving that information on email THEN Told me no account under my name or email Funny thing I could sign in under my email and name Have received Nothing after i cancelled EXCEPT monthly ‘membersip’ charges that I did not sign up for Ever!! I took the medication just as prescribed, and it did not work at all. I lost zero pounds, zero ounces. Didn't gain, but didn't lose. No side effects either, so I wondered if they sent me a placebo or a saline solution. Also the billing is cryptic. They claim $45 a month and $145 a month after that, but that's just for "membership." The $199 for monthly medication is on TOP of that. That was not clear to me up front. So with about $500 of charges for two months and a product that didn't work at all, I had to cancel. I was hoping! But no dice.

Zero. Terrible customer service. Deceptive marketing to make it seem like its 149. per month for the pills, only to have additional 140$ charge monthly. When I canceled my monthly membership they canceled my order that I have paid for, even though my month technically ends in two weeks.
