Scam company. Ignore their commercials with Venus or their ubiquitous google ads. They will try to rip you off in every way they can think of and then their customer service will be absent or tell you to f' off. Embarrassment of a company.

After 14 weeks on Semaglutide with my Ro account, I am cancelling my membership. I started out with the minimum dose of 8 units and just took my last dose two days ago at 50 units. Some nausea but manageable. Total weight loss so far; .08lbs! Very disappointing. This, after spending nearly $1,200 down for a one-year subscription and another $145 per month.

They get you in with free free free. Signed up provided insurance info paid the 39 dollar fee to find out they just want you to buy it out right and make it a hassle to try and use your insurance coverage. Total waste of time and money

Frustrating experience
my experience with Ro Health has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.
I received a defective Zepbound KwikPen that was leaking upon administering it. I immediately contacted Ro through both phone and email. After multiple attempts and being bounced around between representatives, someone finally pointed me in the right direction to request a replacement directly through Lilly/Zepbound.
Even that process was unnecessarily difficult and took several days just to figure out where to go and what steps to follow.
Once the replacement approval certificate was issued, Ro informed me that one of their doctors would send the replacement prescription to the pharmacy. That process also took additional time and follow-up.
I chose CVS as the pharmacy and finally picked up the replacement medication — only to discover the prescription did NOT include needles.
Let that sink in.
This is a medication that literally cannot be administered without needles, yet the prescribing doctor failed to include them. CVS told me they could only dispense what was written on the prescription.
When I contacted Ro again, instead of taking ownership, they told me to “take it up with CVS” because it was considered a refill. At that point, it became obvious that the representatives were not reviewing prior case history and were simply passing responsibility around.
As a result, I had to dig through my garbage to recover leftover needles from the original defective shipment. I could only find two — meaning I am now short and unable to properly administer the rest of my medication unless this gets resolved.
This entire experience reflects a serious lack of coordination, accountability, and patient care. When dealing with medications, especially expensive and time-sensitive ones like Zepbound, details matter. Communication matters. Continuity matters.
Instead, I experienced delays, conflicting guidance, poor follow-through, and a complete lack of ownership at every step.
Patients should not have to fight this hard to correct problems they didn’t create.

I don't even want to spare one star
I don't even want to spare one star. I have had the worst experience. Wrong dates sent to my email and when a date was finalized they gave me two sign in times. One being 10:40PM. Who wants an appointment before bed? Then he tried signing me in saying my internet connection is bad yet I was showing full service. So that got ruined and then he said to reschedule so I had one choice 10:30 pm. I cant even believe this and you can't get a refund if you aren't happy. So what happens if I cant successfully sign in tonight? NM requires video call so he couldn't just call me. Even after he could confirm I was real on the earlier try. This is the worst site ever. Not trustworthy at all. Saying the first month is $39. Then they charged me $149. That doesnt include the meds. This site is crap. Don't join!!!

No transparency
No transparency. I was under the impression that I could try the drop under a 30 day fee trial. I was even given a date next month I would be charged $149. On the transaction screen it said charged today $0.00. On Jun 11 $149. During my telehealth visit the doctor said he name, and in 45 seconds explained the drug, side effects, and shipping. Not one time did she mention billing or tell me i would be charged as soon as she disconnected the call. She was cold, rushed, and offered no follow up. As soon as she disconnected the call my card was charged $199. Never was it ever mentioned i would be charged. I did cancel they did refund. It was not easy contacting anybody. I did not appreciate this experience one bit.

They advertise for zep bound pen
They advertise for zep bound pen. So I paid$145 to find out, YOU DON'T GET A CHOICE! after going thru their process, after being approved, I had 2 choices. Neither were what I wanted. No prefilled zepbound was offered!! False advertising. Yeah, you'll get approved for a compounded version, who knows what's in the compounded version. I don't want to have to fill a needle then stick it into me every week, not even knowing what's in it! IF, JUST IF, you got to pick what med you wanted, might be ok. So, I went bk to my GP, and got the script from him. Pre filled zepbound, not compounded. They shouldn't advertise for products they don't offer you.
