Ever time I turn around I'm getting billed for something. Been a total waste of money! They are a scam.

I tried wegovy as it was highly recommended. Unfortunately, my body did not take well to this mediacation. I passed out after taking this medication and was extremely ill. I reached out to ask if the unused medication could be refunded due to the side effects. Apparently that is not a valid reason for a refund. What a disgusting company and horrible business practice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It's been 2 weeks since I started 'the process'...I was also promised the first month for free but was charged the full price. There is not an app, for Android users. For whatever reason, despite several attempts, my phone number never received any of the verification codes...so I had to use my husband's. Many other issues. And each time I reach out the inquire, the previous messages are not reviewed. My medication finally shipped...only to be supposedly sitting at a local UPS for the past 5 days. Ro does nothing. I have to call UPS only to be told that Ro needs to call them to file a claim. I decided to cancel after reading all the negative reviews...and have only received a message stating they'll check on refunding the prescription...so I'm out all this money for nothing, no medication, incompetent representatives, etc. Wish I would have researched further!!

I sent a long message stating my insurance would pay for Zepbound with a pre-authorization and that was the only way I wanted to move forward. I did not want to pay cash because I was already on a 15mg compound tirzepatide that was much cheaper than Zepbound but my insurance would pay for the Zepbound; however, I did not want to start off with 2.5 because I had already spent 3 months getting up to 15mg. So, the response I get back is that since I wanted to pay cash, the prescription of 2.5mg of Zepbound was sent to your pharmacy. It was clear that the prescriber did not read my message at all.

From 149$/month then at third dose jumps up to 500$ a month because they force you to pay an insane membership fee of 150/month PLUS the medication jumps up to 388/ month. This is NOT stated when you start. When you reach out for support or complaints you ONLY GET robotic responses instead of human. They write you a prescription but won’t give you that prescription to use elsewhere. They lied to me in beginning stating my insurance was old cover with a pre authorization. My insurance also confirmed with me they would. Then Ro said no that’s not true but my insurance never recieved anything. The site is nothing but lies and misrepresentation. I asked for a complaint form and was denied as well

i started this on a low dose and was very sick, vomited, diarrhea and ended up in hospital for extreme vomiting and needed an IV also tooo expensive they charge you for visits, meds, other chrges are separate it very costly but when you talk to someone they dont say about all the chrges and if you prepay there is no money back if you cancel or pre paid for a few months???? If you do a 6months and cancel after 2 months you Dont get a refund , plus the two 75 $ and 600$ plus and all within the first 2 or 3 months

Absolutely horrible experience! I gave them three different opportunities. Did not see results charge me extra to raise prescription. I canceled and went two weeks without a dose asked for a higher dose and they told me I had to start back at the bottom, even though I had no side effects and no results from the previous doses. The pricing is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is horrible!! why do you pay a membership fee on top of prescription rates when membership service services are not even there because customer service is minimal at best. 100% would NOT recommend this company!

Pure deception of the customer regarding the prices.
