Communication was very responsive on line and helpful. Pricing and questions about the product however is very confusing. Easily solved with a quick phone conversation but that never appeared to be an option. Using this product is a big decision as well as a significant financial decision. It warrants an opportunity to have a verbal consult. Your onboarding as well as the entire process is very frigid.

Very positive experience overall. My one complaint is that I'm unable to find the app for my Android phone.

I would like it better if it wasn’t so expensive. I’m 77 years old and don’t know how long I can afford it. Senior discount of 50 bucks per month was a gimmick I guess

The website was to navigate. I had to complete the same information twice which I didn’t understand why. The price was initially $39 for the first month then it would be $149, but then when I went through the entire intake process the amount end up being $149, which was disappointing.
