I ordered the same program for my husband + myself, you charged $199.00 for my husband +$39.00 for mine. this makes me angry as I thought the charge wou;d be the same.

Not sure about the cost...why can't Medicare be accepted by RO ?

The largest problem I am having is navigating to the website as a current customer. You do not have an app on the Google Play, Samsung store or, Fire store. If I knew that your app was only limited to Apple only, I wouldn't have gone with Ro. The website is a bad also as I have saved the store at different points before and after signing in but, going bank to those saved points in being sold Ro as of they don't know me and there is no sign in option. I have to go find an email and back door in that way.

The only dislike that I have is having to pay a membership fee. I don’t know how to contact someone with questions, but I would also like to do that as well.

I thought that the ad for $39 for the first month was a little deceiving. I did not realize until after I signed up that I would get two separate charges, one for the medication and one for the service. I also did not realize I would be spending $300 for the medication and the service per month. I think this information should have been made clear from the beginning. My husband signed up as well and also did not realize they were going to be two separate charges.

I wanted to question the dosage - a number of my friends use GLP1 and their dosages are materially higher than the amount you have prescribed. There was no ability to seek a review

I believe there was misadvertising. I wasn't expecting to be charged $149/month for membership plus $149/month for medication. $300/month is not what I was expecting. Like other reviewers, I'll find a more affordable plan.

I still have not received a phone call about the charge error on my account
