Generally super easy to get signed up and get what you need, HOWEVER there is a hidden monthly cost for a monthly membership fee. It’s bad enough that you need to pay 150$ a month simply to use ro but it’s even worse that it is very hidden and very unclear that you will start getting charged for this extra fee monthly. This needs to be clearer and even better there should be a pay as needed option. I’m not going to be messaging my provider every month so spending 150$ monthly is outrageously expensive.

First off you say the first month is $39 but once you are approved it's a membership fee and you pay $149 on top of that. A bit dishonest.

When I went through the process of checking to see if I was eligible, it says I would be charged only $39 for the first month. That was untrue and misleading. I was charged $39 as a membership fee and then $149 for the first prescription. The information provided during registration started only $39 for the first month. Now I'm very confused and hesitant to continue because I have no idea what I'm going to be charged next month.

Advertising 99.00 first months and push me into a pill instead of taking injections. I hope this works. Very disappointing so far.

Super easy, but over-priced. Hidden costs, misleading marketing, etc. My Wegovy will be $500/mo by the time you remove the 1st month discounts for both the prescription and their $150/mo "membership" fee.

Pricing is deceptive and muddled. FAQs and guides to program structure are easily available AFTER you are subscribed and charged.
